ORTC maintains a proactive Compliance Program and Code of Conduct designed to uphold ethical standards and integrity while fulfilling our mission of delivering top-notch Opioid Treatment in a compassionate, supportive, and financially responsible manner.

All ORTC associates, whether contracted, credentialed, certified, licensed, or employed, are expected to remain vigilant and responsive to situations that might lead to inappropriate, unethical, or illegal actions. It is the duty and responsibility of every individual affiliated with ORTC to report any conduct by an employee, physician, contractor, or vendor that seems to contravene applicable laws, rules, regulations, or our Code of Conduct. For any uncertainties regarding the details in the Code or other compliance-related issues, our Director of Compliance is available to provide assistance. The compliance program at ORTC is a key resource in helping us meet our ethical and compliance responsibilities.
