ORTC locations are designed to be accessible by multiple forms of transportation. Here is what you need to know.
The Bend clinic is served by Cascades East Transit (CET) bus routes. Check the CET website or call (541) 385-8680 for current routes and schedules serving the NE Revere Avenue area.
Lane Transit District (LTD) provides bus service to both the Eugene and Springfield locations. Visit LTD online or call (541) 687-5555 for route information and EmX rapid transit options.
Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD) bus routes serve the Medford area. Contact RVTD at (541) 779-2877 for schedules and routes near the clinic.
Josephine Community Transit provides local bus service in the Grants Pass area. Call (541) 474-5452 for current routes and schedules.

Every ORTC treatment center provides free on-site parking for clients and visitors. Parking lots are conveniently located near building entrances and are monitored for safety. No parking passes or validations are required.
ADA-compliant accessible parking spaces are available at all locations, positioned closest to building entrances. These spaces are clearly marked and reserved for individuals with valid disabled parking permits or placards.
ORTC is committed to ensuring that all individuals can access treatment regardless of physical ability. All of our facilities are fully ADA compliant, featuring:
Wheelchair-accessible entrances with automatic doors or ramp access
Accessible restrooms and treatment areas throughout the facility
Wide hallways and doorways to accommodate mobility devices
Designated accessible parking near building entrances

If you are covered by Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or Washington Medicaid, you may be eligible for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) to your treatment appointments. Contact your insurance plan for details on ride services.
Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft operate in many of the areas where ORTC facilities are located. Some insurance plans also partner with ride services for medical appointments.
