Everything you need to know to prepare for your visit to an ORTC treatment center.
Having these items ready will help your visit go smoothly.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every visit. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, state ID card, passport, or military ID.
Bring your current insurance card and any relevant coverage information. We accept most major insurance plans including Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and Washington Medicaid.
Bring all medications you are currently taking or a detailed list including medication names, dosages, and prescribing physicians. This is especially important for your first visit.
Upon arrival, check in at the front desk with your photo ID. Staff will verify your information and guide you through the next steps of your visit.
Our waiting areas are clean, comfortable, and confidential. Please be respectful of other clients and maintain a quiet, supportive environment.
Depending on your appointment type, you may receive medication, meet with a counselor, undergo testing, or see a physician. Staff will direct you to the appropriate area.
Before leaving, confirm any follow-up appointments, pick up any paperwork, and address any questions with the front desk staff.
Free parking is available at all ORTC locations. Designated accessible parking spaces are available near building entrances. Please observe all posted parking signs and restrictions. Parking lots are monitored for client safety.
